Operations Support Executive

Operations Support Executive is responsible to support team in daily business activities and handles office administrative. These include creating and reporting business trip reports such as advance report and reimbursement report, preparing a market kit for merchandising purposes. It also includes managing eventual annual project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for expense report submission for Team
  • Update & maintain report and tracker related
  • Create, produce & maintain the stock of market kits & ensure process compliance
  • Manage physical contract and other important documents
  • Provide assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for team
  • Assist for any support related to internal & external Events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from any major background. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 1 year work experience related to secretarial/administration duties is preferred
  • Excellent in using Ms. Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders’ interests
  • Proactive and has strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking, working under pressure and deadlines
