Customer Service Support (Outsource)

  • To ensure that all incoming samples are registered accurately as per client request and SGS procedure by :
  • Identify and review incoming sample and their related document and form
  • Sending confirmation to customers and contact them to check any details that may be wrong or to obtain missing information
  • Checking that the orders have followed the correct prices, discount and additional fee of service (if any)
  • Monitor job execution and completion for both internal testing and subcontract testing as per testing promised date
  • Act as an extension of the customer service, sales team and BD when representatives are away from the office
  • Point of contact for customers with queries about job order or job completion
  • Log any customer problems or complaints on the record and transfer it to QA
  • To perform job-related responsibilities and tasks other than those specifically presented in this description
  • Create monthly & weekly summary each buyer requested
  • Must possess at least a Diploma's Degree, any field
  • Minimum 2 years in relevant experiences
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal, written and comprehension)
  • Intermediate computer skill (Ms.word and Ms.Excel)
  • Excellent customer service skills
