Analyst I / Analyst II, Order Fulfillment

Ensure timely and accurate execution of orders in accordance to the clean order guidelines
Monitor customer order shipment plans for on-time delivery
Act as key interface between Operations and Sales organizations / customers
Coordinate with various stakeholders on customer configuration to ensure technical requirements are met for order fulfillment
Manage key & high maintenance customers with complex requirements (e.g. export docs, BOI, NDA, heavy customized processes/items)
Perform forecasts analysis for demand planning, determine scheduling priorities and quote margin analysis
Manage day-to-day operation and maximize on hand resources for optimal support to internal and external customers
Execute new processes to support changing business requirements
Active participation in booking and billing analysis and consistently drive towards meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Review customer contract in accordance to company’s policy and compliance
Performs other duties as assigned
Diploma with more than 5 years relevant experience / Degree holder with 3 years relevant experience in customer service or business analyst related field
Additional qualification on project management, supply chain management or relevant technical certification is added advantage
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service / fulfillment role in semiconductor industry
Familiar with Oracle will be an advantage
Previous experience in project, program or supply chain management particularly in forecast and demand planning will be given priority
A high level of interactive is required between internal support teams and customers, thus possessing good interpersonal and negotiation skills will be pre-requisite
Resourceful and being analytical are essential for the role
Able to work in highly customer driven environment and are expected to work under pressure with the ability to resolve work issues, prioritize tasks and resilient to changes
Able to work as a team, provide support and cooperation among peers and different levels in the Organization.
